Corina Stretch has worked at Puget Sound Energy for over 30 years. She has held many leadership positions including managing areas of the customer call center and supervising the work from home program. Corina has conducted numerous engaging workshops and presentations on Leadership, Customer Service, Diversity, and Personal Development. She is an accomplished and nationally recognized speaker by Toastmasters International and more recently was hired as a Training Consultant for PSE where she continues to spread her message regarding customer service and public communication.

SharePoint Case Study
Seanna Sams, DSHS

Hear how a company has begun to change their view of SharePoint from "leave it" to "love it," one project at a time. The culture within the company has been email and phone based.

SharePoint has been a document storage system with layers of folders and frustrating search results. The culture shift started with one small team who had a dream for a transparent, streamlined and automated process. They wanted to replace their existing group email and phone.

Their challenges included stakeholders in a different division as well as a separate company, a lack of knowledge about SharePoint, and uncertainty (mistrust) about a different use of the technology.

Join us as we share the evolution of this project and the expanded use of SharePoint across the company. There will also be an opportunity to try out the tool used for buy-in.

Seanna Sams has over 15 years of call center operations experience, including scheduling, training and knowledge management. She also has 8 year's experience in IT project implementations of multi-million dollar payment systems. Seanna lead readiness activities to guide staff and customers in their transitions needed to prepare for changes impacting their day-to-day work. Seanna has always been driven to find efficiencies. Now she is compelled to share the benefits of addressing the people side of change in order to decrease risk and increase adoption.

Seanna has become a SharePoint and Visio guru, utilizing these tools to communicate, streamline and automate, making a positive difference in her agency. Seanna is Certified Public Manager, Prosci certified, and will graduate with a BA in Organizational Leadership this fall.

Tony North and Ivy Meadors are on the executive board team to produce the 2019 IT Summit with co-founders, Wes Sherman, and Aaron Smith. Tony and Ivy are both speaking at the event too.

We are being provided lunch and a meeting room for the CSSP meeting to be held at the lunch hour. You are invited to attend the entire event, including break out sessions, keynotes and vendor booths - again, all at no cost. 

Kevin Brennan, from the FBI will be one of the Keynotes on security.  His material is always rich with unforgettable content. Bill Price from Driva Solutions will also be delivering a keynote speech.  Many of you have heard Bill before and know you won't want to miss hearing his newest material. 

Be sure to register in advance, even if you are not 100% sure you will be there. We want to make sure we order the right amount of food for everyone for the plated lunch - again at no cost.
